EGG CHEESE BAKE 
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 lb. bacon
6 eggs
3 c. milk
Bread
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown and crumble 1 pound bacon. Line bottom of 9x13 inch pan with a layer of trimmed bread slices. Spread cheese over bread. Put bacon over cheese. Beat eggs and milk. Pour over ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. Serve with popovers.
