IMPOSSIBLE LASAGNA PIE 
1/2 c. Cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1/2 tsp. basil
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Bisquick

Lightly grease a 10 inch pie plate. Layer Cottage cheese and Parmesan in the pie plate; mix beef, spices; tomato paste and 1/2 of the Mozzarella. Spoon on top of cheese. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour over other ingredients slowly. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Sprinkle remaining cheese; let stand 5 minutes.
