BULGOGI 
4 tbsp. minced green onions
2 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. minced ginger root
2 tbsp. ground sesame seed
2 tbsp. sesame seed oil
4 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
2 1/2 tsp. sugar
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 lbs. center cut bottom round, sliced thin

Brown onions, garlic, ginger root, and sesame seed in the oil. Add soy sauce, sugar, pepper. Brown beef strips separately and then add to onion mixture. Simmer until ready to serve. May be used over rice, as a main course, or as hors d'oeuvres with small rolls or biscuits.

NOTE: Marinate meat for 4 hours in soy sauce any kind of fresh vegetables (i.e. broccoli, onions) and sesame seeds. Fast fry in skillet or wok. Or marinate meat for 4 hours in soy sauce, plus ingredients listed above. Fast fry in skillet or wok. Barbecue meat if in larger pieces. Meat tenderizer may be used also.
