BUTTERFLY CAKE | |
3 c. flour, sifted 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. oil 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs, beaten Combine dry ingredients. Blend into the rest of the ingredients until well mixed. Don't over beat. Lightly grease and flour cookie sheet or 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. FROSTING: 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/4 c. butter 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat until fluffy. (Frosting recipe can be doubled, if desired.) |
