JOSEPHINE'S STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 loaf Italian bread
1 lg. clove garlic
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 tomato, chopped
1 egg
4 slices salami, chopped
4 slices ham, chopped
12 Italian frying peppers
Olive oil

Chop up bread in blender until fine. Add rest of ingredients to crumbs in bowl and mix well. Fill each pepper and fry 15 minutes in olive oil on stove.
