KRIS'S "BLUE RIBBON" CHEESECAKE 
1/3 c. butter
1 3/4 graham cracker crumbs

Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter until blended. Press on bottom and sides of greased springform pan; set aside.

1 1/4 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. of (pure) vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 to 1 1/2 c. of your favorite milk chocolate bits
1/2 c. chopped nuts of your choice

Combine first 3 ingredients until well blended and creamy. One at a time, add the eggs. Blend in sour cream.

Finally, fold in chocolate bits and pour into pan. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes until center if firm.
