YOGURT CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, cut into halves, skinned & boned
1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
1/2 c. lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp. each basil, oregano, garlic, onion & dill
Dash of salt & pepper
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter, optional

Marinate chicken in mixture of yogurt, lemon juice and seasonings. Marinating even a few minutes is fine. Place chicken in shallow 13 x 9 inch pan so chicken is touching, but not overlapping. Sprinkle the chicken alternating with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Drizzle with 1/2 cup melted butter, optional step. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes. After about 20 minutes of baking, drain any excess drippings.
