1 can yellow hominy
1 can white hominy
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. jar jalapeno Cheese Whiz
Fritos, crushed

Saute onion in butter, add drained hominy, soup and Cheese Whiz. Pour in casserole and top with Fritos. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
