CHICKEN CASSEROLE FAST 
1 box herb Stove Top stuffing, prepared by pkg. directions
2 c. chopped chicken (Swanson's white is best)
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix soup and milk until smooth. Put chicken in bottom of a casserole dish. Add sliced mushrooms next. Then pour soup mixture over this. Top with stuffing and bake in 350 degree oven until brown and soup is bubbling up through topping.
