CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. chicken, cooked and cut up (or 1 can Swanson chicken meat)
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs (or corn flakes)

Saute onions and celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Mix together with rest of ingredients and put in casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs or corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes.
