CREAM CHEESE POTATOES 
10 medium size potatoes, cooked
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
dash of onion salt or flakes or chopped onion
1 c. milk
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Place in greased casserole. Refrigerate all day or overnight.

Let warm to room temperature.

Bake at 325°F for 30 to 40 minutes; stir occasionally.

This dish can be made and eaten immediately as well.
