BANANA POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
Citrus Glaze

Puree bananas in blender. Mix bananas, egg, sugar, oil and orange peel until well blended. Combine flour, poppy seeds, baking powder and salt. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture until evenly moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with glaze while warm.

CITRUS GLAZE:

1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix together all ingredients. Makes 12 muffins.
