1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Mix ingredients well. Don't use electric mixer. Form into small balls. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in sugar. Bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool a few minutes before removing from pan.
