NUT GOODIE BARS 
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
2 lb. powdered sugar
2 c. salted peanuts

Melt chips and peanut butter in double boiler. Spread 1/2 mixture in buttered jelly roll pan. Put in freezer to set. Boil milk, butter, pudding mix and flavoring for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Stir until smooth. Spread on top of chilled chips. Add peanuts to remaining melted chips and spread over second layer. Put in refrigerator until set. Cut into squares to serve. These freeze well.
