BEEF AND CABBAGE BAKE | |
2 lbs. hamburg 1 c. cooked rice 1 sm. onion, diced 1 sm. green pepper, diced 1 sm. head cabbage 2 sm. jars spaghetti sauce Cut up cabbage and boil in water for about 10 minutes. Drain. Mix raw hamburg, onion and green pepper together. Add cooked rice and mix well. Begin layering: cabbage, meat mixture, spaghetti sauce, etc. ending with spaghetti sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. |
