MARGARET'S KIELBASA APPETIZER 
2 lb. kielbasa
1 can beer
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1 to 2 tbsp. horseradish

Boil together kielbasa and beer. In separate bowl, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Add mustard and vinegar. Add horseradish.
