BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 lb. chipped beef or chipped beef loaf

Soften cream cheese and mix with sour cream. Use blender to chop the chipped beef. When well chopped mix with cream cheese and sour cream mixture. Chill for an hour before using. Great to dip chips, crackers and vegetables.
