POLYNESIAN CHICKEN WINGS 
10 chicken wings
Flour
soy sauce
1 can sliced pineapple
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 green pepper, cut in 1/2 strips
1 c. cooked rice

Dip wings in flour to coat, then dip in soy sauce. Put in baking dish. Drain pineapple (save liquid). Cut in half, put on top of chicken. Add green pepper strips. Then mix pineapple juice, cornstarch and brown sugar together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
