COCONUT CREAM EGGS 
2 lbs. 10x sugar
14 oz. coconut or fresh coconut may be used
1 (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk if necessary
Chocolate for melting

Mix the sugar, marshmallow creme, butter and vanilla until smooth. If too stiff, add a little milk. Mix in the coconut. Shape into eggs and refrigerate until firm. Coat with chocolate chips or chocolate wafers.
