TUNA-CHEESE SWIRLS CASSEROLE 
1 (12.5 oz.) can light tuna, drained
1 c. frozen peas
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 prepared recipe baking powder biscuits
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 425°F. Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine tuna, peas, broth and rice. Pour into prepared dish. Roll out prepared biscuit dough to 6 x 10-inch. Sprinkle with cheese and roll like a jelly roll. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Place on top of casserole.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
