MEXICAN MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can jalapeno relish or taco sauce
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 lg. onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 bag tortilla chips

1. Brown meat slightly, drain fat. Add other ingredients except cheese and tortillas. Cook a few minutes until combine and onions are cooked.

2. Place small amount of mixture in bottom of casserole. Then lay tortillas, cover with mixture and cover with cheese. Continue layers until all is used, ending with cheese on top. Bake until cheese bubbles at 350 degrees.
