Chop the following small and mix together:

1 bunch green onions
1 green pepper
1 jalapeno
4 tomatoes, peeled
1 can black olives
1 can green olives

Add 2 cans shoe peg corn, drained.

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
Salt and garlic to taste

Serve with Doritos.
