CORNED BEEF DIP 
8 oz. (lg.) cream cheese (room temp.)
1 bunch scallions (green onions)
1 pkg. thin sliced corned beef luncheon meat

Chop only the green part of scallions very finely. Add to softened cream cheese.

Cut corned beef into small chips by cutting in narrow rows and then cutting cross ways. (Leave all slices in one chunk to slice.) Add to cream cheese and scallions. Mix well. Chill for a couple hours or overnight.

Form a ball in center of serving plate and surround with your favorite crackers. It is easy to double or triple for larger crowds.
