FRUIT COBBLER 
3 c. fruit, sliced (peaches, apples, or berries, etc.)
1/2 - 2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. water
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. skim milk

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Let sit 5 minutes in bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sift remaining dry ingredients together. Cut butter into dry ingredients. Add milk. Shape to cover fruit. Slit top. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with milk or ice cream. Yield: 4 servings. Cals./serving: 360.
