EASY FRUIT COBBLER 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
3 c. or #3 can peaches

Melt butter in baking dish (round 2 1/2 to 3-quart dish). Mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar and baking powder) together thoroughly. Add milk to the melted butter and then add all dry ingredients to the milk and butter mixture. Stir.

Pour the fruit in the middle. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. The crust will rise to the top. Cook until the crust is browned.
