SAUERKRAUT SALAD | |
1 small jar of pimiento 1 green pepper, chopped 1 onion, finely chopped 1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained 1 1/2 c. celery 1 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar Mix pimientos, peppers, onions, celery and sauerkraut well. Boil sugar and vinegar and pour over sauerkraut. Refrigerate several hours (overnight is better). Keeps well in refrigerator. |
