LOU'S SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 (No. 303) can sauerkraut
1 onion, diced
1 sweet green pepper, diced
1 jar pimentos

Drain and rinse the sauerkraut thoroughly in colander. Combine with other vegetables and toss together. Add dressing and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate several hours before serving (overnight is best). Surprise!! It doesn't taste like sauerkraut!!

Dressing:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
