CREAMY DILL DRESSING 
1 1/3 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. fresh dill weed, chopped
4 tsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a wire whisk until very well blended. Place in a jar, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. It is best to let the dressing sit out for 15 minutes before using if it has been in the refrigerator for several days.
