PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 red potatoes, sliced round
1 large onion, sliced round
salt and pepper to taste

Brown pork chops. Remove from pan. In same pan, pour soup. Add 1/2 cup water. Layer chops, potatoes and onion in baking dish. Pour soup over this. Cover and bake 3/4 hour at 350°F until potatoes are done.

Can be prepared the night before to save time.
