QUICK GOOD SOUP 
Large handful of whole brussel sprouts (cleaned)
2 lg. slices yellow onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
3 small carrots, diced
Small handful parsley, chopped
1 can Campbell's "Low Sodium" chicken broth
1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes and juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 cans water

Simmer all ingredients on low/medium for 1 hour.
