MOON MOUNTAIN CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter

Saute above ingredients. Blend into vegetables:

6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt

When above is well blended, add:

1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. fresh crabmeat (white)

Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with 1/4 cup grated cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
