SHRIMP AND CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, diced
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. peeled shrimp
1 can crab meat
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
shredded cheese

Sauté onions and bell peppers in butter. Add cream of mushroom soup. Cook about 15 minutes. Add peeled shrimp and crab meat. Cook on medium to low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix together with 1 1/2 to 2 cups cooked rice. Season well and pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Last 5 minutes; top with cheese.

NOTE: Can be made with shrimp only. Just use 2 cups peeled shrimp. Also good made with crawfish.
