2 c. crushed graham crackers 2/3 c. butter 2 c. powdered sugar 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten 3 squares melted chocolate 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts 3 egg whites, beaten 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream Cream butter and sugar. Add slightly beaten egg yolks, chocolate and nuts. Fold egg whites in last. Add vanilla. Spread crackers on bottom of 9"x13" cake pan. (Save a few crumbs for top.) Add ice cream over crackers, then chocolate mixture. Sprinkle crackers on top. Freeze 2 hours before serving. Cut into squares. |
