CLAM CHOWDER 
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cans clam
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk

Saute bacon until almost done. Add onion and celery. Cook until tender. Stir in flour and cook over low heat but do not allow to brown. Slowly add milk and stir until boiling. Add clams, and juice and spices. Return to boil, simmer 15 minutes. Add potatoes and simmer another 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
