COCONUT BON BONS | |
3/4 c. light corn syrup (Karo) 2 1/2 c. dry macaroon coconut In small pan, heat corn syrup but do not boil. Then pour into a bowl with coconut; mix thoroughly with a spoon. Cover with wax paper and set aside for one hour so that the coconut will become well saturated with the syrup. Wet hands and roll into balls. |
