SALMON SANDWICHES | |
Drain and flake 1 (7 3/4 ounce) can salmon. Sprinkle to taste with Tabasco sauce; mix lightly. Spread over 3 split English muffins. Top with Jack or Cheddar cheese; broil 4-6 inches from heat until hot and bubbly. Make an excellent low cal lunch. Served with cottage cheese and tomato slices. |
