COTTAGE CHEESE PANCAKES 
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. flour (white or wheat)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cottage cheese (creamed sm. curd best)

or 2/3 cup buttermilk + 1/4 c. milk

1/2 teaspoon baking soda if using buttermilk

Mix together milk and eggs. Then add remaining ingredients. Healthy and easy way to make pancakes.
