SLIM GOURMET MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 c. skim milk
2 eggs
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
4 tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked macaroni
1 tbsp. bread crumbs

Fork blend eggs and milk, then add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. Pour in greased casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 88 calories per 8 oz. cup.
