1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Finely crumble up Oreos. Mix all except 1/2 cup of cookies with melted butter. Spread this in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix half of the Cool Whip into the cream cheese. Put this on the Oreo crust.

Mix the pudding and milk. Add on top of the cream cheese mixture. Use other half of Cool Whip and spread over pudding. Sprinkle remainder of Oreos on top. Refrigerate.
