PARMESAN POTATO STICKS 
2 lb. Russet potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Scrub and peel potatoes, cut lengthwise into quarters. Cut each quarter into 3 strips. Roll in melted butter, then roll in combined remaining ingredients. Place potato sticks in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Drizzle melted butter over potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
