Pastry for 9" crust
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
4 oz. tomato sauce
Cheese topping

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef. Mix in remaining ingredients, except topping. Spread in pastry lined dish or pie pan. Spread cheese topping over filling. Bake 30 minutes.

CHEESE TOPPING:

8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix and spread over beef filling.
