SARA LEE CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

16 graham crackers (rolled) 1 1/4 cups
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Line a 7 x 11 inch pan with mixture.

FILLING:

Cream with mixer: 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs

Pour into pan. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Take out, let stand for 15 minutes. Increase oven to 425 degrees. Cream and put on top. Bake 10 minutes. 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. sugar
