HAWAIIAN SUPPER 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. tomato juice
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine beef, crumbs, salt, pepper, egg and milk. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls and place in shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir tomato juice into flour in saucepan. Add barbecue sauce and undrained pineapple. Add to meatballs and bake 10 minutes longer. Add olives and cheese. Bake 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
