CROWD PLEASER POTATOES 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
16 oz. carton sour cream
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Blend ingredients together except potatoes. Add potatoes and stir. Put in 9x13 inch greased dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
