CROWD PLEASER POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes
2 bay leaves
2 c. grated cheddar
16 oz. (large) sour cream
1 c. chopped green onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper
1 bag potato chips

Boil potatoes with bay leaves, cool then peel and chop. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix in all other ingredients except potato chips. Crush chips and sprinkle over top of potatoes after they have been put into a rectangular baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
