BAKED PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
Onion slices
Lemon slices
Catsup
Brown sugar

Line bottom of a baking pan with foil. Put pork chops on foil. Place 1 slice of onion and 1 slice of lemon on each chop. (I use 1 tablespoon of Real lemon instead of lemon slice.)

Cover each with 1 tablespoon catsup and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
