APPLE CREAM PIE 
4 apples
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream (I use half & half)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 unbaked pie shell

Place apples in pie shell. Beat sugar, flour, cream, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over apples. Sprinkle nuts over top and sprinkle cinnamon on nuts. Dot with dabs of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
