BANANA CAKE 
2 sm. very ripe bananas
1 (18 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) banana or vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Slice bananas into mixer bowl. Beat well. Add remaining ingredients and blend on low. Increase speed to medium and beat 2 minutes. Pour into tube pan, bundt pan or 9 x 13 pan, greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes for tube or bundt pans and 50-55 minutes for 9 x 13 pan.
