FRENCH SILK PIE 
3/4 c. butter (room temp.)
1 c. sugar
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla or mint extract
3 eggs
9 inch baked crust or 9 inch graham cracker crust

Cream butter and sugar until light. Add 1 egg and beat 5 minutes on medium speed. Add other 2 eggs, beating 3-5 minutes after each.

Pour into crust and chill. Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
