COCONUT MACAROONS 
2/3 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 c. (1/2 lb.) shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla (opt.)

Mix Eagle Brand milk and coconut. Add vanilla, if desired. Drop from teaspoon on greased baking sheet 1" apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until delicate brown. Remove from pan at once. Makes about 30.
